How to booking white weeks
For children and teenagers from 8 to 13 years old
1 – Complete the form
if you had not already done so before, fill out and send the information request form.
2 – CALL
to the coordinator of the Winter Camps (339.8508266) to check the availability of seats and arrange to block the place verbally for the next four days. With the phone call the account dedicated to you for the online registration request will be activated.
3 – LOG-IN
to the online procedure, fill in all the necessary data and complete the required steps. At the end of the procedure, you will receive an email with the attached documents of the registration request and the personal card attached. Print and sign these documents.
4 – SEND
by e-mail to inverno@campogulliver.it the registration request and the personal card both signed.
5 – WAIT
the booking confirmation containing a summary of the personal data and the amount due, including any additional services previously requested for applicable discounts, which will be sent to you via e-mail once the documentation has been received (point 3).
6 – Make the payment

IMPORTANT! Indicate clearly in the description: registered guest name and requested shift.
7 – Complete the health card
In the 5 working days prior to departure, consult the attending physician and proceed to the compilation of the health card relative to the minor member.
8 – Delivery of the originals
The original documents of the registration request, the personal card and the health card must be handed in at the beginning of the camp in the direction or the accompanying persons present at the start of the group trip.
