How to book stays

For children and teenagers from 7 to 14

1 – TELEPHONE

to the secretary of Campo Gulliver (02.90963339 – during the period of activity camps 339.8007516) to check the availability of seats and arrange to block the place verbally for the next seven days. With the phone call the account dedicated to you for the online registration request will be activated.

2 – Login

to the online procedure, fill in all the necessary data and complete the required steps. At the end of the procedure, you will receive an email with the attached documents of the registration request and the personal card attached. Print and sign these documents.

3 – Make the payment

of the “booking fee” and the amount of any additional services (see price table) within the seven useful days (described in point 1) using the bank transfer to:

IMPORTANT! Indicate clearly in the description: registered guest name and requested shift.
 

4 – Send

via e-mail to segreteria@campogulliver.it the registration request and the personal card both signed together with the proof of payment.

5 – Wait

confirmation of registration with the latest useful information, which will be sent to you via e-mail once your documentation has been received (point 4).

Not later than 15 days from departure

6 – Make the balance

IMPORTANT! Pour the balance before the 15 days before departure and send by e-mail, as indicated in the registration confirmation, the certificate of payment of the balance indicating the name of the guest.

7 – Complete the health card

In the 5 working days prior to departure, consult the attending physician and proceed to the compilation of the health card relative to the minor member.

8 – Delivery of the originals

The original documents of the registration request, the personal card and the health card must be handed in at the beginning of the camp in the direction or the accompanying persons present at the start of the group trip.
